Store Information

Sets.

New sets will come in their original boxes with all interior bags sealed. Any box damage will be described and photos can be requested if required.

Used sets will have descriptions of what is included and part conditions.

Parts. 

All parts marked as new will have come directly from parting out sets or PAB wall purchases from a Lego store or Lego.com. 

New instruction manuals will not have had their QR codes scanned, so you will be able to register the set and claim Insider points.

Used parts will come with some signs of play wear, such as minor scratches, scuffs or light discolouring (particularly white, blue, yellow, and old gray parts). Any notable part conditions will be described - e.g. sticker condition/placement.

D-Grade parts have issues that bring them below an acceptable standard for normal used condition (most often significant bitemarks, deep scratches and notable discolouring). These parts will have a 'D-Grade' description and will be priced accordingly. All D-Grade parts will be functional but may not be pretty - so good for structural and hidden areas of a build.

Other Information.

Orders will not include packing lists/invoices unless requested when placing the order - a customer reference will be included on the shipping label (e.g. 1234 / BL12345678).
Parts orders will generally be packaged in paper bags with smaller parts secured in small gripseal bags. I generally segregate new and used into separate bags and in larger orders I will further separate parts by type. 

On occasion, a part may be missing from my stock inventory or has been incorrectly identified when I uploaded the inventory when I come to pick your order. If this is the case I will refund any missing items from your order automatically, providing the missing item/s do not make up a significant/important portion of your order. If I feel that the missing items make up a significant portion of your order, or appear paired with other items, I will get in touch to offer a choice of a refund for missing parts or order cancellation.  

For any invoiced orders, please pay within 7-days of the invoice/quote date - if your are having any issues, please let me know and we can try to figure out how to resolve them. If more than 7-days passes without payment I will cancel the order, assuming that you are no longer interested.
